The wheel at the end of Kobe is drawn pod by pod. Every car on the rim gets a small loop of its own, and the frame beneath it is left as two strokes.
What is in the drawing
Blocks open the left at four heights, zigzag runs ruled inside two of them. A tower holds the center, its outline pulled in to a waist and out again, with a flat disc collar near the top and a mast above. A thin slab follows. A block comes next carrying a funnel-shaped head on a short stalk. A gate follows under a double roof swept up at the corners. A Ferris wheel closes the right, a circle with its pods drawn one by one around the rim, standing on a low frame.
Mug or canvas
1.755 to one keeps it well clear of the 2.14 a mug wraps, so height fills the wrap and both ends keep a margin. Ink 0.090, the wheel pods being the closest work, which asks 24 by 16 upward.
