This is the English Derby. The drawing is built around a wide curved hall in the middle of it, which is unusual in this range: most of these skylines put their largest shape at one end rather than the center.
What is in the drawing
A crenellated front opens the left, pinnacled at its middle, with a tall chimney rising beside it and small peaked roofs past that. A wide hall runs across the center, its roof curved and peaked at one point, its front banded in two long courses. A church spire rises past it. A horse and rider stand on a low plinth. A pinnacled tower follows, and a building with a domed cupola closes the right.

Long at 2.487 where the band stops at 2.14, so the crenellated front and the cupola finish at opposite edges of the wrap. Moderate ink of 0.085, and since the horse and rider are the finest figures drawn, 24 by 16 is where they hold together.
