The monument at the middle of Damascus is drawn the way a hand draws when it is moving fast: a tangle of line that turns into a horse and a rider only once you have looked at it twice.
What is in the drawing
A low arcaded wall opens the left under a small dome with a thin minaret over it. A square tower follows, heavy at the cornice, taller than anything near it. A thin pointed spire stands past it. A small onion dome comes next on a low block with a minaret beside it. The center is a splash of loose line resolving into a horse and rider on a swept base. A broad dome follows on an arcaded hall, and two banded minarets close the right over a small dome and more arches.

This runs 2.553 to one, well beyond the 2.14 band, so the mug takes it across and leaves paper above. Ink at 0.094 is middling and the loose work in the horseman is the closest of it, which puts the floor at 24 by 16.
